Effective September 26, 2026. Northstar Workforce Solutions LLC, doing business as Northstar Staffing, receives information from people interested in possible work. The Talent Network is a general expression of interest, not an application for a specific opening.

Information you choose to share

The form requests your name, email, phone, city, and state. You can also provide preferred roles, work arrangement, availability, sales, customer service, and field experience, a LinkedIn profile, a short description, and a résumé. Avoid government ID numbers, financial information, medical details, and other sensitive information.

Purpose and handling

Your submission is stored so recruiting personnel can consider it for potential opportunities and contact you if a relevant role arises. This website does not automatically send your information to a client company. Submission does not guarantee a response, interview, placement, or employment.

Retention and your questions

There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. To ask about or request deletion of a submission, use the general inquiry form. State-specific recruiting disclosures may apply to future positions and will be addressed in the relevant hiring process.

Communications

This form does not request consent for promotional SMS, automated calls, background screening, or any employment contract. If those processes become relevant, they require separate information and applicable consent.
